A judicial police officer or a criminal-court judge has imposed a prohibition driving order on you (=driving disqualification). This means that you have to hand your diving licence over for a set period of time. In order to recover your driving licence after a driving disqualification, the judge may decide that you first have to pass a rehabilitation test, and more specifically a medical and/or psychological examination.
A rehabilitation test is a condition imposed by the judge in case of driving prohibition, in order to make sure you are physically and psychologically fit to drive a (motor) vehicle. The standards you should meet are set out in the RD of 23rd March 1998, appendix 6. You will learn more about the content and proceedings of the medical and psychological examinations in the RD of 23rd March 1998, appendix 14.
